Each package includes tables, chairs, a selection of backdrops, and assorted wedding décor at no additional cost. String lighting and multiple ceremony locations are available, providing a flexible backdrop you can personalize to suit your vision. Cleaning fees are included; you may elect whether we handle setup and breakdown of provided items. Setup and breakdown fees apply and are based on the number of guests.
Full Weekend
Includes use of the house, grounds and tobacco barn, for 51 to 200 guests from Friday at noon to Sunday at 11 AM. This includes overnight accommodations for up to 8 guests on Friday and Saturday night.

In addition to the rental fee there is a refundable damage deposit of $1000 due at the time of booking. If there are no damages to the property or stolen items the deposit will be refunded within 14 days from the end of the event. There is a set-up fee based on the number of guests. There is also a cleaning fee based on the number of guests. It is the renters responsibility to leave the property reasonably close to the condition it was upon arrival.
