We can accommodate dining for up to 50 guests between the dining room, great room and spacious screened porch. The patio and tobacco barn offer over-flow for additional guests. With outdoor outlets and lighting we can help you host a magical evening under the Georgia Pines.
We can also host your next business retreat or team building activity. The grounds are great for games, an outdoor meeting or dinner party.
Morning or afternoon party up to 6 hours and includes time for set-up before and clean-up afterwards $448. Includes use of home and barn as well as tables and chairs.
Evening party up to 8 hours and includes time for set-up before and clean-up afterwards $600. Includes use of home and barn as well as tables and chairs.
There is a $1000 refundable security deposit required at the time of booking for evening parties and $500 for morning/afternoon parties.
Rental includes tables and chairs as well as limited decor items. We do charge a small setup and breakdown fee based on the size of the party. This can be waived if renter prefers to set up and breakdown themselves. The cleaning fee is incorporated into the rental.
